Venue Rental Investment

Our venue rental fees range from $5,300 to $7,500 for weddings, depending on the number of guests, season, and day of the week. Our customizable, a la carte packages range from $800 to $18,500, allowing you to tailor your event to your exact needs.

For social and corporate events, pricing starts at $2,150, with flexibility based on the length of the event and number of guests.

Yes, all weddings are required to have one of our in-house week-of coordinators. 

Do you require a wedding planner or coordinator?

Yes. Event insurance is required and must be purchased through our third-party insurance company. The current rate is $119.20 (subject to change).

Do you require event insurance?

Rehearsals are typically scheduled 1–2 days prior to your wedding, about two months in advance. If another event is booked that day, your rehearsal will be held earlier. Most couples choose to host a rehearsal dinner at a nearby restaurant following the walk-through.

How does the rehearsal work?

For venue rental only, a retainer of $2,000 is required. For an all-inclusive package, the retainer is $3,500. The remaining balance is split into two payments—due six months and one month before the event. Payment plans are available upon request.

How do I secure my date?

Yes! We love when your furry family members are part of the celebration. Pets are allowed during the ceremony and cocktail hour only, under professional supervision. Pets are not permitted in the getting-ready suites.

Are you pet-friendly?

No. Setup and cleanup are included in your venue rental.

Do you charge a cleanup fee??

We do not charge fees for credit card payments. However, we prefer ACH, check, or Zelle if you are comfortable with those options.

Do you charge credit card processing fees?

We do not offer on-site accommodations, but there are many nearby lodging options just 5 to 20 minutes away.

Do you offer overnight accommodations?

While we highly recommend our preferred vendors for the best experience, we do allow outside vendors as long as they carry proper insurance. (Some exceptions may apply.)

Are we limited to your preferred vendor list?

If your ceremony is held off-site, a $350 discount will apply. If you are not using the getting-ready suites, an additional $150 discount will be applied.

What if our ceremony is off-site?

Yes! You may hire your own caterer as long as they are licensed and insured. They must provide staff through the end of your reception.
